I knew it the moment I read your comment that you've not read the Manga and it's ofcourse okay ... I'm not criticizing the actors I would never do that they are precious to me 😭 it's just that they have definitely ruined the Manga and if you are adapting you don't change the original... NO! Japanese one was not quicker pace infact this Thai version is acting like they have a train to catch! Japanese version used only Volume 1 of the Manga because of a REASON and here they are trying to fit in everything 🤷🏻‍♀️ (and this is why I'm comparing not to pull down the other but to say which one is better because we should praise a good work, shouldn't we?! 🥹

Yes this is what I'm saying they are both adapted from the Manga and this Thai version is carelessly changing a lot of things.... When you make am adaptation you don't change the details of the original! This maybe nothing for you but for the Manga readers this is huge.... Like they have made one of the dearest and precious Manga into a joke and that isn't fair 🥺

Yes I will.... Look the world is witnessing the Korean wave but the problem with Thai people are 'they want to be like ' Koreans and Japanese which I don't really understand the need for .... Their artists all act like Japanese and Korean Pop artists and actors which is weird... This also became a serious issue in Thailand as the younger generation are forgetting their roots and following other countries. Now coming to the series... They are changing some things which were unnecessary like the Cinderella scene 🤷🏻‍♀️ and the the ones that they need to change Gemini' s style as the Japanese Ida ... It looked good on Ren but on him it is not stuffs like these are small but create an impact... I mean I'm not hating on them obviously, I adore GemFourth but this is what I feel... You may not agree with me 😅

I don't think that is what the meant ... I think that It's an adaptation from a Manga and it is supposed to be having everything according to Japan so when another country tries to do the adaptation and makes these cultural changes it gets a Lil wierd... I mean it's like the Thai version is trying to fit in the Japanese culture

Both the version Japanese and Thai have a very different approach towards almost every scene which makes it better because if they tried to copy the J version it would be terrible but GMMTV really did a good job here by adding Thai touch !
Now coming to the movie part which ofcourse Japan handled better like by no means Thailand can make up to that because they didn't give enough time for that plot but Japan made a whole movie (which includes the last 3 episodes from the series maybe)
Again as the other comment suggested if you can try to watch both!

You won't believe how much I love GeminiFourth and this series would have been on my top 5 cutest BLs ever only if I didn't know about the 'original' Ida and Aoki or haven't watched the J version.... ONLY IF THIS WAS NOT A THAI REMAKE!
