I liked the Manga and I loved the Japanese adaptation but something here is definitely off

People are like it's an adaptation from Manga but no way the Manga characters are this dull!!! It's a superhit manga we are talking about come on guys!! 😭

What I feel like is GemFourth has not understood the characters in total... What I mean is they are amazing yet something is off , I've read the Manga and still can't see them as the characters ( I really wanted to enjoy this remake but)maybe it's because of the vibe of two entirely different countries... I don't want to be mean ofcourse and I absolutely adore GemFourth but nope this isn't working for me .... Ren as Ida and Shunsuke as Aoki were too good! And the memories I have from the Japanese version I'm not letting this one to ruin it ! 😮‍💨🥺

Ida had some charisma you say ? Ren mastered Ida's character from the Manga ! Gen can never ever get close to that no matter how much I like him and adore him I had to say this 😭
