Title Hotel del Luna Spoiler
i'm confused.....SO WHAT THE HELL JUST HAPPENED AT THE END -_- ....PS: i was so glad to see KIM SO HYUN tho ..
Maybe.
Reincarnation was something that made MW and CS able to handle the separation.
At the tunnel, MW said that they will be able to meet in the afterlife to be able to let go of CS.
At the painting, CS was shown to be looking at what he hopes what their future plays out like. He could make their memories into his strength. He could do so due the their idea of Reincarnation / Someday.

But that's what happens in real life. The time you get is the time that you get.
You make of the time what you can and if & when that time is cut off you learn the ways to deal.

And I am guessing the 'sending off' of MW and the resulting separation from CS was always the endgame since the very start and was always depicted in the story.
CS was always able to read the need in MW to go to the afterlife. In the first 2 episodes only Kim ( who had lived with MW the longest ) commented how all the other Human Managers were scared of MW herself and instead CS was only afraid of the ghosts not MW and later also sought protection from her. In end MW herself said she wanted death the most out of all of them. Even after all of her love for CS she was shown happy on the bridge when she was finally crossing the sanzu river.

So they did it again... the reincarnation stuff. Meh... there is no hope. (I haven't watched the final eps yet,…
Yup
The last scene where everyone is together is based on the viewer's interpretation.
It's bittersweet if you think they really reincarnated after some some time.
It's sad if you think CS was only dreaming the whole thing while looking at the painting.
In all the possible scenarios CS still has to spend his life without MW.
Good things to take, MW and all the didn't perish and actually get to learn and grow from the insights they wouldn't have otherwise gained. That CS gets to 'send off' MW and the team is a blessing for him too ( instead of having to live without them and with the knowledge that all team had gone extinct for undeserving reasons too).

MW and CS had an actual real love both of them being their real selves.

The ending will suck if you want a Happy happy ending.

I really loved this drama and glad to watch such a badass female character rock my screen for 2 months! Jang Manwol…
This comment deserves all the love it is getting. And Gu Chanseong has been the literal heart of this story.

I believe Chan Sung and Man Wol are more suitable for each other . Even so i don't have such an harsh take on…
When CM is explaining his reasons to YW after YW is captured and tied in front of him, YW tells him not to give these excuses to MW and that he (CM) should become a betrayer to MW.
I think YW knew MW better than most and that she would need her anger to get out this situation alive and kicking.
Appreciate the reply

If I were MW, I'd be confused as well. Like what the fuck do you really want? What do you fight for? Where do…
I believe Chan Sung and Man Wol are more suitable for each other . Even so i don't have such an harsh take on Chung Myung.

My take on him is that Chung Myung made a tactical decision where he had no way out - couldn't run away with the MW and the gang, couldn't die with them, couldn't fight with them - nothing would have worked and all the options led to killing of more people (his which could have his family as well as entire army who knows And MW's).
Hence, he was going to kill MW and YW and the gang & himself as well (atleast he could save some people even if it seems unfair that only MW's people died). He told his reasoning to YW. He would have told all this to MW also. But YW stopped him cause YW made a survivor's decision.
YW probably knew MW needed the anger to survive. All 3 ( MW, CM and YW) were just surviving whatever their shares.

Also, the living as a bug around MW, its just the whole concept of the story where the dead has to come to terms with whatever is holding them back. All of the ghosts have to do this.
Chung Myung made some very wrong decisions, we can argue about whether he had any other route of action available to him. But i believe he actually loved Man Wol (we can also argue how he could do such a thing to some one he loved, but he had no way out) and stayed in the hotel out of love.
He never let MW knew of his presence ( i guess if MaGoo didn't made him part of MW learning journey he probably would have died without any chance at afterlife and MW would have known nothing at all).
