Title Cross Fire Spoiler
I even think Xu Wei has something to do with Xiaobei's brother's death. He looks like he's hiding something, even…
That's what I told. He surely has something to do with the accident 11 years ago. I guess he is the driver since his hand was injured and he tried to hide it. They even showed the car.

Title Cross Fire Spoiler
I was curious why Xu Wei wanted to eliminate Xiao Bei in ep 1 and choose King. I knew he is shady. He surely has something to do with LXB's accident in 2008. I really do hope that he doesn't have anything to do with Xiao Feng being missing in the present time line as Cheng Hao said there isn't any trace of Feng.

Luhan improved a lot! Humour is pretty good, liking it so far, personally find Xiao Feng's side and characters…
I agree with you. 2008 story is a fun ride and the characters are interesting. I really don't like comedy but found myself keep laughing a lot. The only good thing in 2019 storyline compared to past is increase in technology which is more pleasing to eye.

How come anyone from Kunwu clan doesn't know who Li Xuan is? Even FL's master thinks he is an enemy. I really can't stand him interfering the relationship between ML and FL. And why does FL always tends to listen to her master. Why can't she follow her heart at least once. I really pity Li Xuan. I do hope he remembers who he is soon. But it doesn't seem to be happening soon.

I hope that ML recovers his memory soon and join hands with FL to save their clan people. But after watching the trailer, it seems that he helps human clan. I really do wish that it won't take until the very end, for ML to remember who he is. I want him to get revenge as it will be interesting to see a bit dark side of playful Li Xuan

I guess you missed something. Actually it isn't Xiao En who wrote the story. She is an editor not the writer. She said that she doesn't know how the story will end as she didn't finish reading it. (But she says almost all ceo stories are similar.) However, as you said, the story will not go as the writer wants bcz XE who is determined to change the story is in the story world. I read some speculations of viewers who believe second ML to be the actual hidden writer of the story. But don't know whether the speculation would be true.

This drama has the same plight as legend of awakening for me. Started out great but became bland at some point. ML should become stronger, but became weaker instead. This is supposed to be wuxia and martial arts drama but as many said, it's only talk and talk from halfway, no action. And too much politics, which I really hate. Prince Lu's character is really annoying. I really enjoyed the first half but not the latter. Now I am waiting for Love a lifetime to release. Hope it won't go downhill like this.

The drama diverges from the novel. The novel is a lot darker in some places.
So how does the novel go? Thanks

There are some really very frightening bad guys. Please someone watch with me.
I am watching with you. Have seen up to ep 12. It really is awesome. Too sad it isn't available on wetv English app. Otherwise, many people would have watched this.

You've to go after serious web dramas within the genres of crime, thriller mystery and suspense. If you like these…

I am not talking about crime/thriller genre here but other modern dramas in general (mainly about romance). As you said, most of them do not have extremely popular leads or high audience. I do know those dramas and have watched most of them as I love crime/detective genre a lot. The dramas like when a snail falls in love, DR Qin, evil minds, reborn etc. are far better crime dramas than most of Korean crime plots . The recent drama kidnapping game seems interesting as well.

China literally rocks at making costume/historical dramas as they are the best out there. However, they really suck at making modern dramas. In this case, Korea and Japan are excellent and also Thailand in making series (not lakorns). There is literally only very few Chinese modern dramas I have enjoyed so far. They always have annoying exes, 2nd leads, family members, draggy stories and on top of that, high amount of episodes. Same with 'love designer', it started out great but...
