Haven't you seen him in his two youth movies 'Secret Fruit' and 'My best summer'? He needs improvement but he is a good actor tbh in my opinion. But anyway, I also think he should do dramas of different genres as well.

I have only watched 30 eps so far, but I really hate Shangguan and Xie Xiao. They are both so annoying with their one sided love. At least Xie Xiao character is a comic relief. But Shangguan is rather boring and dull. I like all the characters except those two. Even Yan shi Fan character is bit better than those two. I don't know why do they have so much screen time. Annoying af. Also, why does Yang Yue keep following the girl when he is supposed to work? He doesn't do anything except following that annoying girl. Isn't he a civil servant who is supposed to work? Anyway I like this drama.

Watch the channel live on TV, not youtube. They have already aired first 2 eps with subs. As far as I know they will air it again on weekend. Not sure about the time though. Just check it

I also agree with you. The magic is gone and with many of the cast change, it seems like a different story. However, I am continuing to watch it since I like the story and I am eagerly waiting for more eps to come.
