Title What If
The boss is hotttt!
he usually wears a mustache...lol. I guess they wanted to change up his look for romancing another 20-something, they've paired him up with.

Grammatical error: It should be A League of Noblemen. A league is a collection of people, countries, or groups.…
A nobleman owns the league......lol, literally

if your willing to keep watching you’ll see that they aren’t ’normalizing’ it, it’s part of the plot.
Isn't it all part of the plot?
I mean.....

i couldn't go pass the first 4 episodes. i feel like this drama doesn't take itself seriously. in the first episode…
I get what you're saying. They had a rape storyline that they then used one of the characters involved in some humorous scenes......That was problematic.
Even if they write in a redemption arc and explain away his participation, it doesn't make it a 'lesser" crime to allow for the earlier 'jokes and slapstick'.

I am on ep 6 and kinda bored. Will it get better after a few more episodes?
it starts picking up when the 3rd male joins the house. i think you have either the next episode or the one after to get there....lol. i dropped this drama 2X, so i know i know i started to like it around ep 8 or 9.

Title Men in Love
mmmh after all, after watching these 6 more eps up to 8, I think I will find this drama pretty annoying to watch…
Once the little sister showed up, I realized it was a remake of A Gentleman's Dignity. The chemistry is believable there, at least with the walking smolder of a man, Jang Dong Gun....lmao. When he said "I can get other women and not wait for you" It was believable when he randomly did and called the FL out for her indecisiveness.

yet better than Netflix.Netflix dictate a lot of things, the number of episodes ,and nudity is essential.that's…
People have sex, and infantilizing adults does have societal repercussions. Maybe it might stop a few people from, sitting in cars with charcoal or jumping off bridges by showing normal life events and relationships.
Game of thrones is on cable, not PBS. If someone doesn't want to watch it, support it, or discuss it, they don't have to pay for it.
"pursuit of profit", yes, of course, because what else would be the purpose? You want North Korean wholesome programming as an alternative blueprint instead?
South Korea is also relatively a younger country, my grandmother is older than it, but that doesn't mean its entertainment industry and values deserve to be patronized. Let's not blanket and an idealized view on a society making decisions for itself.

both things are true! hoseung took off the overcoat but left the suit jacket on. if he had kept wearing the overcoat…
I think,I am hallucinating then because I thought he fought him in his white shirt only.... But, I'm at this point, with the FL offering to take all her insides out, to go back and watch that...

Is there going to be a part 2? Because it feels like more story that needs to be told in this drama, especially if it's ending in 4 episodes and it's taken until now to build momentum.

"nudity is essential"....What?!!....The screenwriter put that in, along with production and the director; then they try to see/pitch it to Netflix , Disney+ etc....Like Whut!!?
Not you comparing Netflix to Disney anyway....lol. Not when Disney is acting like they just discovered the Korean market as a cash cow, literally 2 years ago, when Netflix was streaming dramas over 10+ years now, including brining stuff over from Dramafever.
S.K production companies want to make steamier stuff, they shop it to the platforms and networks that will let them make it. It's why you have aTVN showing steamier stuff than KBS......because they wanted to.

Lol, the issue was not his acting. It’s a laughable excuse because he has plenty of screen time.I believe much…
Try reading for information, instead of reading to respond.

It’s, disappointing and ambitious in editing. For those not knowing the context of the “editing”, it’s…
The director chose to cut this, not Netflix. You really think the way this coward director chose to throw the actor under the bus, he wouldn't sling shade at netflix too?....lmao
Clearly Netflix is going to tighten up the contracts to allow more editorial control and input for themselves.
And unrelated but a little FYI, Netflix is a U.S. based company but they have versions all over the world. Netflix Korea is a thing, with shows unavailable to other countries, something like 50% of the market share for all content streaming in SK is netflix.
Korean drug policy is strict with citizens not able to do anything on the globe without getting in trouble at home...lol and the vibe is "we're tired of the privileged getting away with the same crime"
I hope YAI gets the help he needs, he was good in this. But, everyone deserves better...lol

Is it as bad as people are saying it is?
It’s, disappointing and ambitious in editing.
For those not knowing the context of the “editing”, it’s a real stinker.
I skipped watched it , then watched the whole and honestly felt no difference ….lol.
The director cut scenes that might’ve recalled the scandal to vividly but, I think he was under pressure to turn in a product by a deadline. Both of these caused this Final Cut, that shouldn’t be.

The story in this show is so disjointed, and I don’t see any point to it. I don’t think I’ll be able to…
Lol, the issue was not his acting.
It’s a laughable excuse because he has plenty of screen time.
I believe much of his cut scenes possibly have science-drugs and injecting things……lol
So, it’s possible YAI scenes, were drug related (IV, injection) that would recall his recent scandal.
I foresee more restrictive contracts coming from Netflix in the future because this is definitely not what they thought they paid for.
