the reason why ji hyun and won gyu will never work out is more obvious when you see the difference btw won gyu…
Lol, you guys will just create narrative ls in your head or have you forgotten they were dating to marry. If they were just dating, that won't even be a problem, but they were. Wonkyu didn't even have issues with her acting career, but the problem here was she wasn't sticking to a career. The thing is, the nature of their relationship changed afterwards. Unstable job and everything is fine when you are dating but it was only later that they started to seriously think about marriage. That is when things changed. And WK does say that it was not immediate, this concern over her career. That he waited and only when he thought she was not being serious even after time passed that he eventually brought it up. Yes, it could kill your self-esteem but we can't put it all on WK either because her own insecurity issues also come into play here as evidenced by the way she talks about his friends. Seems to me that she constantly compared herself to others, found herself lacking, but also didn't have the drive to actually change herself enough to find a more stable job. Also understandable, we are all human. But still can't blame WK for wanting to walk away, especially if she had been restricting him like that in the name of love and marriage. Because the obvious question in this scenario would then be - "Ok, I can't do this, I can't do that. Then let me ask you, what are you doing for our future?"
It is clear to me that she has severe insecurity issues and I did not blame WK for wanting her to get some stability when they were talking about marriage. If a woman demanded the same thing of her partner, nobody would bat an eye. But it is toxic because he is a man?
It also doesn't help that JH's insecurity issues, coupled with the camera awareness that comes from her having been a trained actress, makes her listen to nobody. She looks like she is on an agenda to make WK the villain cause she is very much aware every story needs one and she is scared of how it might reflect on her if he doesn't turn out to be the villain. That moment before WK entered the ex room? ROFLMAO if I had been him, I would have walked off, to hell with the ex room.
She’s kinda manipulative and controlling. I don't know why she’s still pulling WK aside..like he needs to be continuously punished for dating someone else cause he asked her on a date? All while she herself is doing everything she can to get with someone else LMAO. Besides, WK asking her out on a date isn't as serious as everyone is making it out to be. A date in this context is just to have some alone time together outside of the house so they can relax and talk things out, and of course also to see if they do hit it off again. It is not like he is asking her to get into a relationship with him. But whatever, maybe that is what WK really means. I am not on the positive side of the scale with the guy anymore after that incident with Jiyeon letting Yihyun to control him like but whatever.
But yeah, she routinely throws out stuff about WK like they are facts, only for it to be something else entirely.
