the Fl's grandfather basically advised the emperor to appoint a crown prince to bring stability among people instead of letting the princes plot around n the court ministers being divided among the princes n taking the sides of their respective princes they supported. the emperor didn't like to hear that, even though after exiling hua family, he himself called the Fl's grandfather as the only minister in court who says the truth in front of all others....Total weirdo guy
