While i haven't watched many romance animes(i'm more of a thriller & comedy anime fan), i can still say that animes are amazing. To answer ur ques animes r basically series adaptations of manga. the only romantic anime i've watched is horimiya, although i'm not sure if it comes under comedy or romance but it was quite fun. U can also try fruit basket, but try the new version as the art is better there

Yes its liguang qingkui from the starry love!!! I honestly can't remember the last xianxia drama i watched which gave us more than last 2 mins of HE....
I AM SO SOO SOOOOO GLAD TO NOT HAVE A LAST 5 MINS HE.... i'm glad they gave us so many moments after their reunion which is really rare these days in xianxia dramas
