He's actually going to be the son in law of the Villainous prime minister who hates Xiao Jue n is involved in his schemes to some extent, so basically he's on the side of the bad guys but he doesnt commit any heinious crimes like the Fl's family. In the novel their love triangle wasnt very strong... he backed off pretty quickly but from the trailers it seems he's going to be trouble for our cp...
The advantage of transmigration not being allowed here is that He Yan might be able to take back her identity as General Feihong... in the novel since her original body was already dead, they just proved He rufei as fake general and restored the original He yan's name. Only Xiao Jue knew He yan 2.0 was 1.0 (Just my guess though) (I'm too excited n cant stop speculating theories!!!!!)
