tbh towards the end i also felt that FL went a bit too overboard with the whole male harem n marriage arc...I mean even after becoming king JBZ went above n beyond n lowered himself a lot for forgiveness.... i found that entire arc really sad for JBZ i guess she just wanted to make him feel the same as she had when she found the truth n get even esp bcz he had promised that he wud marry her.
Song Mo's eyes were so eager when Grand princess suggested to match them in front of the emperor... And the next moment he even suggested to help her break off engagment himself!!!🔥🔥🔥 Song mo, Song Mo, u're down bad!!!!🔥😍

i'm not sure if it wud be called cheating but he hid something very very significant just when she was at her happiest moment.. i'll explain below-- So ML wanted to take over Chaoyang city but for that he needed troops from his own city n to get the troops the city's master wanted him to marry his own daughter n then give him the token to command the soldiers. So he married that girl secretly without letting FL know (All this while the FL had been preparing to marry the ML as he had promised her he wud). The he went and took over the Chaoyang city n later his wife(the city master's daughter) came n caused a big ruckus in front of the city n even slapped FL n then told her the truth in front of everyone. so FL severed all relations with ML n just focused on ruling Chaoyang city.
But FL got even with ML by doing something similar to him some time later too. (ML apologized countless times n she made him think that she had forgiven him n ML even brought the wedding procession to her house n in the end she did uno reverse saying that she wasn't going to marry him but one of the men in her harem(they didn't actualy marry, she just wanted tit for tat))
