No, they didn't married but they will (in my mind) Because Fl already love Hua Rongzhou and ZXW alreay letting go his love to FL. Their live separates. This novel is unique with FL and Ml didn't up together.

I read the novel (RAW), and the ending is open with FL got a happy live with sml Hua Rongzhou in small city and Zhong Xi Wu still become emperor and i think he will fall in love with some beauties surname Li in extra chapter. So FL actually end up with sml. And as a reader, i love this ending. Fl consistent for being calculating abaout pro&cons she love Zhong Xi Wu. After all, she married his brother Zhong Ye Lan although they're divorced peacefully. Zhonh Xi Wu love FL and wants her to become his empress but how? Fl doubt he can do that and emperor hearts is hard to know. So she step back and want what she wants first, live quietly in ancient times. Fortunately, there is Hua Rongzhou who is always beside her and love her from the bone.

I want A He to be able leave inside pass with them in the end. I want happy ending for them all😭

I watched 2 first episodes today and my impression for this is really good and unique story for c drama. Really you should watch this if you want to laugh and want fresh storyline. Also, the actors played their character so well.

To be honest i prefer second storyline. The trio dynamics Gong Shangjue, Gong Yuanzhi, and Shangguan Qian interaction is echanting to watch because is intense and have more interesting plot than Gong Ziyu story line about the trial and his love story. Until ep 8, i also think he didn't worth it to be Sword Wielder and Gong family rule is full of bulshit😁. I also like everytime when Yun Wheisan and Shangguan Qian in one frame. It's really engaging. And actually i slightly didn't like how this drama changing serious scene to funny scene, looks little forced in my opinion. But afterall, the quality of this drama is very good. Top notch production, compact episodes (compare to other), dark tone (who is rare in c drama), and good actings for all actor who played their role so nicely. Special mention to Lu Yu Xiao acting and the man who played Gong Yuanzhi. Their sudden changing expression is so damn good. Got me crepy vibes.

I don't know why but i don't like 2nd FLML story. It so boring and clise about a general and woman who pretend to be a man in barrack. Their acting is also mediocre so I skipped their part after ep 7.

Chu Kong's voice is so good. His intonation and articulation is very well match to the character. I can listening his voice all day along cause is really damn good voice! Can anyone tell me is Ding Yu Xi dub himself or use voice actor?

Yes i agree with you. This drama is one of the worst drama i ever watch in 2023 for me. No hate for the actors. Blame the script.

The screenwriter in this drama is insane. They portrayed ML and FL in worst way. The most useless ML and the most dumb ass FL who just forgive everything ML did. I'm sorry but i think this can be the worst xianxia drama in 2023. No hate for the actor and actress. Just blame the ridiculous script!

This show is average. The story is otherwise messed up. ML have amnesia twice btw. This type of romance is not my cup of tea who like healthy relationship. Just try it.
