I have no idea why I’d put this off for so long. Probably because I usually watch romance genre, and if that’s combined with thriller, drama or melodrama then I don’t mind but the Glory had no romance tagg so I just didn’t want to watch for so long.
Last week however, while I was waiting for the dramas that I’m currently watching to air this week, I thought by myself why not start this one..
And I’m soooo shocked! This was soooo goood! I put my other dramas on hold for this one all week long.. even the ending was satisfying and that says a lot for Kdrama!
I wanted to like this. I was very excited for this but I couldn’t get past ep 9 unfortunately. I wanted to see the male lead in a romance drama but it wasn’t what I expected. He was moderate and I’m so disappointed because I like him in other dramas.
When it comes to the plot, I have to say, Something in the Rain’s one of my favorites and this one initially gave me the same vibes but something was off. I didn’t feel the struggle I wanted to feel when it comes to romance. I initially liked the academic aspect of it and the rivalry between them and the witch but it got so out of hand that I didn’t want to continue watching. It’s a shame because I really wanted to like this.
I loved this drama and it’s most definitely in my top 10. It did however take me a while to rewatch. I first watched this when it came out and I felt I wasn’t ready for a rewatch ever since then because it gave me such a roller coaster of emotions. I did rewatch this last week and I forgot how funny and good this actually is. Happy I rewatched and I do recommend this one.. ❤️ hang in there and finish because it can perhaps be a bit difficult to understand at the beginning.
I think this is, by far, the best BL series made this year. It had all the elements that I love and it was beautifully executed. I cried, laughed and loved. Thank you, thank you, thank you! 🥰 I will miss the weekly anticipation for a new episode but I will most definitely rewatch this again and again.
This was so good! I didn’t want it to end. I did not skip a single scene and sometimes even went back to relive all the feels it gave me again and again.. It definitely belongs in my top 5 Cdrama, along with “Falling into you”, “Hidden love”, “Our secret” and “The Forbidden Flower”.

The plot sounds perfect, the teaser looks wonderful and I’m so ready for Wi Ha Jun to finally star in a romance drama as the male lead!! 😍😍🥹
