Well, I would say not LYX though. LYX really took us to this rollercoaster emotion journey in his portrayal of ZXS. It took us from curiosity of ZXS’s mysterious plan, to his confident and sweet acts towards QJN, then to our despise and hatred development to ZXS due to his choices of actions, and to finally this huge pain and pity for ZXS. Like I said, I can’t imagine anyone else other than LYX and SQ could ever deliver ZXS and QJN.

Because he was Runyu in AoL, and Runyu as a character will leave a deep impression in you and will take months until you can detach yourself of seeing LYX as Runyu 😂

OMG!! I am glad I am not the only one irritated by this! I have even some dramas I just dropped because I couldn’t stand the FL baby-ish acting with cutesy voice. The cutesy voice irritated me the most!
How will you judge Immortality the drama? How important is it to you that the adaptation closely follow the novel?…
I hope they have good proportion of beginning, middle and end. I have seen many c dramas have strong beginning, exciting and thrilling pace but then only take 1 episode to finish all the conflicts, and everything is put to an end in a rush. And I have also seen c dramas having very slow and boring start, but great ending. So, I hope they have good ratio of every phase. And yes, I too don’t expect them to exactly follow the novel, but at least maintain the main storyline. And I hope they connect all scenes perfectly after all those cut and censored scenes. Because again, I have watched c dramas where the switch from one scene to another is very rough (sometimes not even connected well) due to cut scenes.

To see it on the positive side, hopefully the bad rating satisfied them so they stopped right there. If the rating is super high and becomes trending, maybe they will do anything to take down the drama and no more GL is gonna be made in the future 😞

Autumn carrot recommended this and I saw that it only had 12 episodes, so I wanna give it a try… Whoa, if it wasn’t popular and yet the antis still could find it…then it’s scary! So, one way or another, they kinda have some kind of monitor towards BL drama movement…
