Now that I think about it, I think they did to prevent airing. The attention it draw freaked tencent out, it is BL adapted so it has to air without any notice, any big anticipation etc, now it already got big attention.

Haha, we all know this novel is a complete combination of all the things which are banned in China. So, tencent’s appetite for risk was already huge enough when they decided to film this, why back up now, right? But again, right now it is not only about watching the drama or caring about tencent, I just don’t want any actors or crews being a victim
