While LJ did things because he has plan, he has something he wants to achieve. Exactly like what you said. For me, it is like "ZP did something stupid because he is indeed stupid; while LJ would do something stupid because he had a plan which required him to act stupid"...you know what I mean? Anyway, it is a good movie, we both enjoy it...and it is totally okay to stand for a different person. I was just sharing my feeling towards the two leads and how I took on their characters...there is no rule saying all the viewers should have the same view, right?

Exactly! But the thing is, I got disappointed so many times already. Many started off with strong and willful FL, and then eventually they ended up damsel in distress...so I am super wary whenever I watch c dramas...like worried all the time that FL will disappoint me!

I know right! I am so pissed too, like, every single time, they always put this boring typical character to a woman! And those are not even realistic! I mean, how many women out there will scheme and show no shame chasing after a guy who clearly has rejected you and loved another woman? And how many adult women out there really talk so cute?? I do like seeing pretty women in drama too, but sometimes the characters they portrayed just too annoying! And they give all the good and logical characters to ML! I wish I can see more like ShaoShang in LLTG or MingLan in TSOMâŠ
And I just finished the 10 episodes of ALON...damn, that drama is so good! The cinematography is superb! Also, the taste of c drama without FL is so good!
It's a mystery, like detectives solving case...and the visual, the cinematography is super beautiful!!! There are thriller aspects that even give you chills...and the mystery is out of the box! Not to mention, the two leads...argh...

I finally finished 10 episodes guys...and seriously, I have never felt so focused on a storyline like this...I really think all this time I am watching c dramas, mostly I spent a lot of my energy feeling annoyed with the FL characters...and sometimes it got me distracted from the real storyline and character development!
