Just like what my little sis has mentioned above, this post seems to be the only post about it.
If it helps, I list down my logics:
1. When tencent filmed hyx, they never planned for it to be BG. We also read the review from people who somehow had watched the 10 eps and they said ranmei was very minimal. So, I don’t think tencent even has that many Chenyao romantic scenes to even be used. And for them to actually re-shoot? Nope, this is even harder to believe.
2. Ok, so let say they did actually do ranmei romantic scenes as back up. With recent strict rules, do you think tencent would risk editing hyx and re-submit it for censorship? Now that they got the approval, why would they risk it?
3. And let say if any of you still insist to believe this rumor. Then, the positive way to live with it is: go ahead tencent, make it a BG so it can at least be released. However, don’t forget to keep the original version and sell that to Netflix 🤣. We know that many c dramas have director’s cut version when released on international platform, so this possibility is huge.

Guys, I need help. I am not sure if I understand ep 8 correctly. So, ZH and that Bai guy accidentally hit YY in the past, but they did bring her to the hospital and she recovered right?
So, during the divorce, when YY said she could forgive ZH for trying to kill her (and hired someone to kill her), which part is this referring to?

If you can’t remember, then I am pretty sure the scene doesn’t exist in the novel, because I trust your brain! 😂
