I mean, I don’t hate the actors really. I even liked him in FIYS. But, his pouting face just doesn’t fit XieLian in my image, especially after watching the donghua where XieLian is so smiley and warm 😞. And yes, don’t even need to mention that iconic white costume which made him look like a man cosplaying as a girl. I don’t want to look at the leaks etc, I would assume the result will be good, the editing will fix those and hopefully I will get my excitement next year because I really like HoB!

Exactly! I love the donghua so much, I am still not able to move on from the donghua!!! It was so beautiful, I am actually so satisfied that I don't wish for an adaptation...haha.
