I have seen Brilliant Heritage and liked it. I dropped It’s Beautiful Now - just found it boring. I made it to ep 18 on that one. I have not seen the other two but Be My Dream Family is on my to watch list.

You nailed it about na hee - but they do figure it out. Ahh i dont want to spoil anything. Miscarriages can either make a couple closer or make them grow farther apart. It's a devastating loss that many just dont know how to handle and neither does family - most mothers would love to be able to speak about their lost baby but most can't understand the loss and how it affects them unless they have been there - and not ever meeting the child makes it harder for those around the expectant mom to understand why the impact of the loss affects her so badly. I speak from experience. I relate to Na Hee so well. I get it. Add to that the sudden shift in hormones and it truly is a terrible experience that requires patience, love, understanding on the part of the husband and family.

Dentist brother - the actor has had a couple of main lead roles but not THE main lead of a romance - I can't watch him anymore without seeing his naked butt/simulated sex scenes in my head from the Han River Police drama - Disney really has become a cesspool with graphic sex scenes and I was shocked by his (He's a villain btw).

Lee Sang Yeob - i can't say enough good things about him - i developed a huge crush on him during the watching of this drama - I've been trying to work my way through all of his dramas. I really liked him in My Lovely Boxer. He really is a good actor imo - and good looking too. LOL

I have never said he shouldn't pay for his crimes. My point is cancel culture for EVERYONE because of one person is wrong. Cancel Culture is toxic. And I agree that his crimes are public record - but his private life is still his private life. Just because you are famous doesn't give you the right to know what he does in his private life - this is why netizens are toxic too - they complain about every little thing these idols and actors do that doesn't fit their own fantasies about them - then these same idols and actors are made to apologize for living life - they can never be happy because they are held to such a rigid standard - the pressure they face is enormous. Is turning to drugs and alcohol right? No it isn't - but you have never gone through what they have so you can't know what it is like. In America - we simply don't care if they date or marry. We don't care if they go out partying. Because we realize everyone is human and they can do what they want as long as they don't break the law - when they do, we would hope they face the consequences. When it is addiction, we hope they can get the help they deserve. I would hate to find myself in a no-win situation - Korean idols and actors are in that situation - their whole lives and careers depend on being perfect. There is nothing less. Back to my main point - they need HELP, not ostracizing. Please don't put words in my mouth and insinuate that I don't believe a crime shouldn't be punished. I never said that and never will.

Oh yeah she was practically skin and bones in LIC - I think she was filming that when she was going through all of that with her ex bf. She looked anorexic tbh. So in this drama she looks much healthier.

Yes, I figure he will offer to bail them out if she will be with him. He was super scary - wasn’t expecting that but in a way I also can see why - she did lead him on and her mom made him believe she was interested in him and with his inferior complex - he was bound to blow up. Not completely understanding though why he couldn’t figure out the mom was scamming him not]r how he became completely obsessed over her so quickly - for someone who is a womanizer he seems clueless about women.

I think she is even though they haven’t come right out and said it. I could be wrong though - she may be related to him but she was adamant about PS not being a husband choice for MR - if they are siblings then that would make sense.

If you watched KBS’s last two daily dramas you def wouldn’t say they are better than the weekend dramas. Like the other person said - it all depends on the writer.

We are only 10 eps into a 50 ep drama - 1/5 of the way - it is way too early to even compare this drama but unlike the above comments, I like the drama. I find it funny and intriguing. To each his own. Only you can make the decision to watch or not.

There is the option not to watch. I am watching best choice ever too and I can’t stand that mom but the story keeps me engaged - just like this one does.

Good to see you over here. Yeah ep 10 was awesome. Things are finally getting somewhere. Her mom has embezzled all her money - I am wondering how long before she finds out she is broke. It’s going to be rough for her and her brothers. Her brother is home for spring break so I think the reveal will be soon because he won’t be able to return to school with no funds. That mom is just trash. Feel sorry for the kids because the other family blames them all for what their mom did and those kids know nothing about it. Will be intriguing to see how it will all work out with Do Sik falling for Pil Seung’s aunt. A very complicated issue.

Ahh just finished ep 10 and the ending! Can’t wait for next weekend now.
