JD should know better but she is blinded right now by her desperate love for the mother that came back and her mom is manipulating her. I can understand JD’s reaction more than I can HD. Sun Ju literally is telling her mom she is working to get JD on her side so she can get KS back and her mom is encouraging her and taking delight in the stress her daughter is inducing in KS. I want to wipe that smile off her face she puts on when she hears that KS and MR are fighting now because of her selfish daughter. She is about to get a dose of reality because MR isn't leaving KS and he is divorcing that witch (although I still believe she already divorced him). I am also hoping that the bombshell he drops on the family, according to the written preview, is that he is moving out. He needs to get away from that house full of toxic, viperous women.

Like mother, like daughter. We know where Sun Ju got her nastiness from.

I think there were 2 slap attempts - first one landed but second didn’t and she grabbed her wrist - there was definitely a slap that happened but look at the preview - Sun Ju has her wrist bandaged. I am sure JD walked in when she heard the slap and saw MR grasping her mom’s wrist and sun Ju played the victim - I hate that witch.

I said the writer suck and the director suck - it’s like they hate him. They certainly did this good actor no favors whatsoever. I am sure when he signed up for this drama he did not foresee it turning out to be this crappy.

People are wondering why SS’s family have not returned to see their dead sister/aunt. The writers have no sense of any kind of continuity or organization

Reading some of the Korean views of today;s episodes - they are as upset as we are. One person said SJY is a good lead man but the writers don’t go all in for his character so he has to make do with what he has been given - the writers really did SJY very very dirty.

You are probably right, I need to go find those episodes - I think it happened when YJ didn’t pass that one interview at the beginning and she was depressed.

Chan Ran talked with her dad about the death of her husband and her daughter dying the following year and Jae Hyun and Sun Ju even discuss Jae Hyun's sister and her dying because of a nanny that was hired by the family. No male child has ever been mentioned besides Jae Hyun. IF he turns out to be a son of CR's it would have to be he was a twin of either the sister that died or Jae Hyun and she was told he was stillborn but really wasn't. No other story would make sense.

and the way he walked out of her apartment at the end - like a dead man walking. No life left in him. I know he is depressed. I see it. He is definitely struggling at this point to keep his sanity - I am surprised he has not had a mental breakdown - and maybe that is coming - but if he doesn't get himself together he is going to lose MR, JD, and his home all at the same time. Plus he also owns or has part ownership in that side dish store? I know there is an episode where HD and KS were talking about their job titles at the store with YJ. So maybe he needs to sell his share back to HD and move out and take that money and find a place to live and let that hag deal with supporting her family. What I HOPE happens is YJ leaves and JD too - so HD is left alone with that witch only to have her abandon her mom too, again.

He acts like he is scared to death of her. What did she do to him while they were married?!?!. He seems like he has Stockholm Syndrome for Pete's sake. Pick yourself up and be a damn man. I am so freakin' annoyed with him. When he just stood there and allowed the B to say she was his wife I wanted to slap him silly. MR, stay away from him until he comes to his senses. An apology (AGAIN) and a hug aren't sufficient enough. My gosh, I knew someone just like him. He was irritating as well.

She was vicious to him during their marriage too from what YJ has said. Why HD thinks KS would want this B of a daughter back is beyond me but He acts like he is scared of her.

There is something shady about her for sure. I just can’t put my finger on it. Nothing we’ve discussed so far has happened so it’s like 🤷🏼‍♀️

I guess we need to look at that flashback in ep 2 and see if it is the same band.

Because we were talking about how they are scheduling the drama the way Netflix is doing - has nothing to do with who is airing the drama - they are splitting the drama apart like Netflix did for The Glory and Alchemy of Souls. It was a comparison.
