That wasn’t a continuity issue - she is pretending like she didn’t know. Just like her fake crying. I am iffy about SD reacting with a meltdown - after all he dotes on his granddaughter - but I also am of the mind that Ks is not SD’s son. So there is that.

💯 true. This was not a love story of the main leads at all - Kang San and Mi Rae. This was about Mi Rae and Ju Hyuk (SML) and how SML deceived her, cheated on her, and assaulted her for over 70 episodes and is now, somehow, a great guy. The ML actor was done really dirty in this drama. Seo Joon Young deserved better.
