Yeon Doo did the right thing by leaving idc what anyone says. If she stayed, she would've lost the baby or had…
No one is mad that she left, it ‘s the WAY she did it! You don’t cut off your support system. TK would have helped her, she could have still stayed in touch with him and her family via emails, video chats, and he could have visited her - but running from place to place with a child in tote is NOT the best for this baby. She has no stable life because she is constantly looking over her shoulder. And babies pick up on your moods and emotions. Postpartum depression is a given in various degrees anyway because your hormones are fluctuating again after birth. Even women in the best postpartum care have postpartum depression. Nope, this is all on the writers - they have taken characters almost to the finish line and decided to change and rewrite their whole profile.
Hmmm... I don't think anyone has said she doesn't have the right to feel scared about her baby. She has the right…
At this point she makes me feel like she is one of those characters that will do crap just to gain sympathy. You hit the nail on the head - she abandoned her WHOLE SUPPORT SYSTEM. You want me to believe a single, pregnant woman will run off to have her baby alone, live alone (living with another woman is not protection when she has TK, and uncle, and a brother all perfectly capable of beating the snot out of anyone harassing her), with NO PROTECTION FROM ANYONE and keep running from place to place with her child, always looking over her shoulder, is a better option because she is scared? This from the same woman who smashed a cake in this jerk’s face and kneed him the groin at the beginning and wrote all over TK’s car? Yeah, the writer screwed this character up. They didn’t make her stronger after giving birth, they made her weak as hell and as a mom you can’t be weak
Just when I thought I couldn't dislike YD any more. That comment about "someone else's baby" hit hard and I'm…
The writers think the audience is stupid and we will believe two people can date, in the same town, for a whole year, and not once, ever mention their families to each other nor ever ask each other questions about their families - especially a culture that places high value on who your family is and where they come from and what they do. Yep, we are ALL stupid. 🙄🙄🤷🏼♀️
Who would have thought that this show would be my safe refuge from THRC's stupidity?
Yep I already put this one on hold in my list. I’ll come back to it later after it is all done.
Besides, Uncanny Counters 2 is starting soon and I want to rewatch the 1st season then watch the 2nd after it;s halfway done airing. I’ve been waiting for it for at least a year now.
My rating of it went from 8.0 to a 3 .0 it’s THAT bad. And it isn’t the actors fault - I don’t know who…
I loved Hidden Love. I didn’t care for Hi Venus - I found it boring for the most part. I’ve not watched back from the brink. I may pick up The Princess and the Werewolf. Not sure yet.
At least there I can tolerate some of the bad characters - here I just despise the majority of them. The terrible characters here far outweigh the good few. It is such a delight when I see the bad characters getting beat every other episode by the good but here, the bad characters flourish. I don’t like that.
Yes her character was a spoiled brat at the beginning but she actually started changing fairly quickly - at least the screaming rants stopped pretty early. Her character is actually really cute now.
