Well she either lied to JH or she isn’t Sun Ju. It;s weird though - if she lied, what would be her gain for that? We don’t know, maybe Sun Ju was originally studying in the US but got pregnant and came back, married KS, then left again. We know HD blamed KS at the beginning - she talked about working hard to save money so her daughter could go to a prestigious school but she met KS and gave up in her dream.

I wish we knew more about the father-in-law…they never mention him. It’s odd. There are no pictures of him either.

So…..I have been rewatching some of the episodes from the beginning…and came across something interesting that I never caught when I watched it the first time and no one else has mentioned it either…..

Episode 32: JH asks Yu Jin how she would feel if her father told her he loved someone else more than her mom. Yu Jin says, “I know how it feels. Didn’t you hear? The reason I had to come back to Korea while studying abroad was because my dad fell in love with another woman and destroyed the whole family.”

What IF Yu Jin’s dad is JD’s father? What if Yu Jin’s dad is the one that fell in love with SunJu and got her pregnant? What if JD is Yu Jin’s half-sister? The time line would be right because Yu Jin is the same age as JH, KS, and Sun Ju. They are all 35 at this point and this would have happened around age 20. They were all college age. Was Yu Jin’s dad a professor at the college Sun Ju was attending? Was he a ballet instructor?

Imagine being the FL and being given that same line to say over and over. I bet the actress is frustrated.

Tbh, I can’t stand aunty ding Dong. I don’t like her with DH at all. She is ditzy and immature. Ultimately they will be together but I think he would have been better paired with CR. I can’t even imagine DH being with her. I usually FF through their scenes.

Sun Ju (SJ) is KS’s wife’s name and Yu Jin (YJ) is side piece GF. 😂 isn’t it weird how both names have the same initials as other characters - even Jae Hyun and jerkface JH have the same initials. I find it interesting that Yu Jin has the same initials as Ye Ju - the sister-in-law to KS and also has the name Jin which is SS’s wife’s name.

Yep at the beginning they talk about their parents moving to the country and she got divorced and moved in with him so it’s definitely his apartment. Yeah she treats him like trash - always ordering him around. If he is dating Ye Ju in the sly you can bet Ye Ju won’t put up with her crap if they end up sisters-in-law. Me and my brother would butt heads if he ever treated me that way and lived like a slob. I might be younger than him but I’d kick his butt for sure if he pulled that kind of crap.

Yes the whole SD tirade made me just see red and again, the urge to punch him was just so strong. 😂 seriously, the writer’s need to have him and Hr sail off into the sunset, never to return! I can’t stand that fake little girl talk either. Ugh! She makes me want to punch her too¡ 😂
I loved it when SS talked so nicely about MR though. He knows JH is scum and he called MR an angel. 👍🏻 he can be nice when he needs to be. I wish he would treat KS much better than he does.
I like that MR is taking her time breaking up. She is really thinking things through and will absolutely have all her ducks in a row to throw in his face when he starts with his lame excuses. She isn’t like Soo Ji, jumping in feet first. Sometimes it’s good to sit back and look at the whole picture - she was remembering all the things JH did and Yu Jin and said that weren’t adding up in her mind. I use to be young like her and inexperienced with relationships and let things slide. Us older folks learned from mistakes. She will get there. This is her first love after all. Can’t wait until EVERYONE knows though.

Imagine the fall out that will happen when it’s also revealed that Dong Sr KNEW about Yu Jin, yet did nothing.

Every time she butts into his life she causes problems between him and his dad and in-laws. His life and family are none of her business. I think if I were HS I’d be telling her to get her crap together or I’d be kicking her out of my apartment - and yes, that apartment is his - i rewatched some episodes last night from the beginning and he talks about.

I think he’s going to try to pay her off to get rid of her. Or if he knows she is Sun Ju from his investigation he may use that to keep her in check by threatening to expose her.

Oh I agree - I don’t think Sun Ju is going to want to be a family but if she showed up in front of them now and said she wanted to come back and begged for forgiveness, I can see KS taking her back for JD’s sake.

But it’s a moot point now anyway because KS has finally admitted he wants to give up on Sun Ju and move on but he needs to do everything he can to find her for Jd. I think he wants JD to have closure.

Yeah the conversation in the room was a bit better but I am with MR - she needs to handle this on her own and I am glad she is taking the time to sit and think things through rather than just jump in feet first like SJ does.

I am not so sure he ever did tbh. Gratitude but not love. Maybe a crush but I don’t feel he was in love deeply with her.

She calls and asks her if she saw the picture and someone from the company saw them and it looked like they were arguing and never mind all that -doesn’t it seem like JH is cheating on you!

This woman said it like she was just so eager to get it all out and was happy about it, not even realizing how hurt she was making MR.

Aww KS finally admits he wants to move in with his life too and give up on Sun Ju but he can’t make JD cry for his own happiness.

HR causes so much dissension. She needs to leave KS alone and out of his business.

Soo Ji just went cutthroat with MR on the phone.

Yep that’s what I meant yesterday when I said she jumped the gun. Not understanding in the previews why she took to her bed like she is depressed…..

Yeah you could tell from that look on his face - I mean his face literally just fell as soon as SS handed them to him.
