I found they have 2 different birthdates. Episode 3 on the back of TK’s baby picture IO says he had just turned 1 and the date is June 4, 1991 - so he was born June 4, 1990. Episode 17, on JH;s resume his birthday is listed as July 1, 1990.
Does this mean they can’t be related? Well yes and no.
If JH was orphaned right after he was born, he would have been too young to know his birthdate - if his mother dropped him off at an orphanage they wouldn’t know his birthdate but could have given him a birthdate that coincided with the day he arrived. If this happened then he could possibly still be TK’s twin.
If he was orphaned as an older child who would know his own birthdate then the possibility would be zero that they are related since their birthdates are only 29 days apart.
If he was adopted as a baby or kidnapped then he could still possibly be TK’s twin. A lot depends on his knowledge as a kid and how old he was when he was orphaned. And by “orphaned” is he talking about losing his parents as a baby, kid, or teen? Or even an adult? We just don’t know.
So we will have to wait for more information on JH’s background.
