I couldn’t understand what was happening at the beginning so I will have to wait for subs but whatever happened really upset KS - chairman must have really said some harsh things because even CR asks KS if he is okay after chairman walks away. MR looking at KS sympathetically - she’s been in the receiving end of his verbal abuse so she knows. But KS is not fired.

We got a scene with Mr and KS in the kitchen - KS looks like he is cracking - she walks in when he has his head down, eyes closed, gripping the kitchen counter. They share a conversation - she apologizes to him but that is about all I understood. She looks at him with concern.

HR confronts MR at the academy. Accuses her of hitting on KS and takes over JD’s art tutoring from MR.

Chairman decides he is going to create the porridge - tries cutting carrots while his hands are shaking - KS walks in and berates him - chairman drops the knife and KS picks it up which leads to a whole misunderstanding when CR and SJ come in the kitchen - they think KS is threatening chairman with the knife…the whole scene seems ridiculous because the two women are literally talking about it right there but the chairman and KS don’t seem to hear their misunderstanding until SJ says she is calling the police. Chairman sets them straight - they sit and talk about the porridge and CR apologizes to KS - he tells them something about cooking - i guess he was telling them he could help - next scene is him in the kitchen preparing the dishes while CR, SJ, and chairman watch - chairman has a proud look on his face as he watches KS affectionately. They taste them and it seems everyone likes it - I think KS will be hired to make this new item for the company.



SS and SJ talk on the phone - SS almost gets caught by JH. KS discovers the receipt and HR’s card in his dad’s pants pocket. He confronts HR - HR CONFESSES.,then end of the episode with KS looking at her stunned.

Previews - JH gets physically confrontational with KS in front of MR - KS tries to walk away and JH grabs his arm and pulls him around.

I hesitate to watch any of his dramas as they’ve not been very interesting. I thought this one might be but y’all are making me rethink that.

I am on episode 12 - having a hard time finishing it even though it is short. I am not liking the makeup for these actors - her red eyes … 😳

Me either - I thought when he was pushing his son to get a divorce he said the most sensible and logical reason for why he SHOULD! And even talking about how the in-laws leeched off of him - so for him to be acting this way is just kind of…..it just makes no sense. And when the husband first comes in SD says he didn’t know she was married yet later SD says he knew and was trying to comfort her because she said her husband was always gone… 🤷🏼‍♀️

I am hoping he does too. You and I tend to think alike because it crossed my mind as well that the chairman probably would sympathize with him because he has had those discussions with KS and has even said to KS “you must have had such a rough time” - so yeah, I don’t think the Chairman is going to make a big issue of it. And evidently he doesn’t get fired because we see he will be in the kitchen with the chairman while he is trying another disastrous attempt at making this porridge. 😂

JD will,obviously be against it at first but she will come around - his dad will be all for it but only because he will think she is rich because she comes from a rich family - when he finds out she is adopted his stance will probably change.

She isn’t too young - KS is suppose to be 35-36 - I believe Jin Joo is 38 according to Korean Wikipedia for this drama and she is the oldest daughter married to SS - Sun Joo is 35 - same age as KS …JH is same age as KS. So it’s very possible she could have a 15 year old daughter.

But yeah, I am so tired of waiting for SOMETHING to actually happen and I have never cared for the bakery woman anyway - she seems arrogant in some ways like her nephew and brother but also seems flighty and immature. No wonder she has never been married if this is how she acts with a man. 🤦🏼‍♀️

She is not his child. KBS states that on KS’s character bio on their website and it has already been discussed in the drama that she is not his biological daughter. But he has raised her as his and she believes he is her dad so it would be traumatic for him to abandon her like her own mother did. A grandmother and aunt can’t replace a parent.

I feel like the writers give us 1 day out of every two weeks that is good then the rest are just crappy and filled with all the other actors except our leads, together.

Exactly!!! 💯💯💯💯💯 she really made me mad too. And we are suppose to ship them??? I think not! How am I suppose to want these two together when they have no meaningful interactions to date, she doesn’t stand up for him (she had no problem defending his dad to the point of almost being assaulted but she can’t take a stand against falsehoods being aimed at KS’s character???? ) the writers need to get it together quickly because I am losing patience with this nonsensical storyline

So JH couldn’t wait to talk about what happened. It annoys me that the family keeps saying MR got roped into the whole situation when she clearly stuck her nose into the situation and voluntarily tried to help. She didn’t get roped into anything. What’s worse is she doesn’t even refute it.

Soo Ji making things worse and even tells chairman about the married woman and calls SD a gigolo - that’s what got chairman so angry. CR is upset that the two families seem to keep having altercations. MR is a coward. I don’t like that she didn’t speak up and correct the wrong impression everyone had.

SD is upset he can’t have the little room outside at HD’s place - wait until he sees the baker lives there.

JH was telling KS to keep his family in check right after the incident happened. SD scolded him for cursing someone’s parent as being very rude. It shut JH up no one has questioned why JH didn’t defend MR. 🙄

HR is upset that MR was the one who called KS about his dad. In preview she asks MR if she is hitting on KS. 🙄🤦🏼‍♀️ At some point we know MR will either get fired or she will have to quit the academy because of her relationship with KS - HR won’t allow her to stay there. I look for MR to open her own Art school.
