Yes that is what I was thinking too. Probably one of her friend’s parents were either dating again or getting married again and JD was voicing her displeasure at that ever happening to her!

I think SD told the MIL and YJ about HR liking KS because it showed KS talking to all of them at the table and everyone looked upset - that was when KS got up and left - looking sad. He runs into HD outside and the talk a few minutes.
MR made sandwiches for JH who gave them to SS at work - her brother noticed it too and didn’t look very happy about it. JH continues to be the most clueless bad guy about being too open about his uncaring attitude towards MR. He keeps giving so many clues to everyone about how he truly feels about everyone else.
KS feels bad about HR and is walking at night and ends up in the street in front of her apartment complex - MR is coming out of there and they share a few words with MR leaving, KS once again watches her for a second then as MR walks off she stops, turns around and looks at KS and has concern and sadness on her face - she says something but I don’t know what she said - will have to wait for subs unless someone else knows.
KS continues to help chairman with porridge and I love their scenes together. Chairman looks at KS like a proud father. 😂
JD talks to her friend on the phone and is upset about something her friend is saying - I think I might have to do with a parent dating because MR comes over to her and questions her and JD seems adamant about something - probably saying she wouldn’t like her dad dating anyone - HS comes in and takes JD over to his apartment because………ugh, KS is there with HR (why, KS, why???) he is cutting up peaches for her to eat. She starts in again on liking him so he gets up to leave and she literally throws herself at him - wraps her arms around him crying 🙄🤦🏼♀️ he is shocked and tries to get away but she holds tighter and cries harder so he puts his arms around her and starts patting her back- lays his head on top of hers and of course, JD and HS walk in at that moment and JD is FURIOUS.
Previews show JD still angry at HR - HR made an enemy of JD - not much else happened.

Considering we don’t know anything about JH’s family, nor TK’s father, and the actor who plays JH said his character’s background is a big secret…what else could it be?

I still think JH will be the redeeming arc, not SJ because I still believe there is a familial connection between him and TK. I am not fooled in the least with the whole SJ character trying rouse up our sympathy - it’s a ruse by the writers. She is just as evil as ever.
TK was adopted into the family after his mother remarried (the dad) fifteen or twenty years ago. Joseon Granny…
And just so you know, at episode 24 we still know nothing about TK’s father - who he was, if his mom was married to him or if he was born out of wedlock…nothing has been revealed about that.
I know everybody dislikes JH but I love his deadpan eyes and perpetually scowling face. He's far more interesting…
Omg that is exactly how I feel! I love his character being back because he is the catalyst of TK and YD getting closer. TK never had feelings for SJ but YD did love JH and she is pregnant with his baby so it’s important that he is the one causing the issues to draw the main couple closer and for TK to not ever take YD and Jinja for granted.
