I wonder if VoS got delayed, it used to sit behind “The Unclouded Soul” on coming soon and now suddenly “The Truth Within” jumped in front of VoS out of nowhere.

Actually, as a Youku user I can say that if a drama appears on the front page of Youku and at the top of the upcoming section, it’s a strong indication that the drama will air very soon. Let’s hope this drama airs smoothly.

Aren't the main leads of this drama kind of wholesome? All of the main leads are literally Joseph Zeng's good friends, which makes it even more interesting if you've watched both Lonely Boat and Rebirth for You 🤣🤣🤣 It's kinda cute.

You can also check the Chinese community; they are pointing out this recent change that iQiyi did.

It really comes down to personal preference. If you check reddit for example, ADWAD is far more popular than this drama. It depends on your taste.

I did some digging, and iQiyi indeed changed the heat index rule on July 14. The heat index now includes live broadcast content, which is a significant change. With this new rule, future dramas will likely reach 10,000 more easily. For example, A Dream Within a Dream would likely have reached 10,000 under this rule as well.
