Sksksk the ML is so shameless he literally persuaded (more like blackmailed) the poor prince into following his duty instead of pursuing his love ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
So prince 5 who was husband of previous life FL did she love him or it was political? Also won't be pursue her again if he sees her face matches his previous wife?
Don't tell me it is going to be a reverse harem kinda situation similar to Hou Ming's Glory show. Also don't tell me the ML of this show becomes a doormat character for FL ?
I don't really agree that powerful, authoritative roles are always given to men in dramas. That trope definitely…
As a straight guy, I know that most K-dramas especially rom-coms and romance series are primarily marketed toward a female audience, and there's nothing wrong with that. But after a while, I get tired of seeing the same decades-old tropes repeated over and over. Hollywood has the same issue. So many romance stories seem to follow a familiar formula, and it makes me wonder: how often do we actually get movies or TV series that cater to male romantic fantasies in a meaningful way?
Personally, I'd love to see more unconventional stories that flip the usual dynamics. For example, a romance where the female lead is the supernatural monster, vampire, demon, or otherworldly being, while the male lead is just an ordinary human who falls in love with her despite the dangers and differences between them. Not in a "she gets turned into a normal girl" kind of way, but where she remains the powerful, strange, and even frightening creature that she is, and the story explores their relationship from that perspective
