MY BOYS COMEBACK DRAMA
This whole post does not contain spoilers, one the second half, I have it labeled as spoilers before you get to the second half of the post.
I have waited for years to see my boys back in a drama together again and…… it did not disappoint. The plot and story line was definitely something new! Kristsingto did an amazing job in this, and so did everyone else. Will definitely be rewatching in the future.
Also my favorite thing about Tam is the little habit he has when he touches/rubs his ear/earring!
Rating: 10/10. A must-watch if you want grown-up drama, real emotion, and KristSingto at their best.

Ok, here is my true review with spoilers!
The Ex-Morning brings Krist and Singto back together in the best way possible, and it does not disappoint. Their chemistry as Phi and Tam is still so strong, but now it feels more grown-up and layered. The show follows them as exes who are suddenly forced to work together in a high-pressure news setting after Phi’s career falls apart. What really hits hard is how real their emotions feel there’s tension, regret, and moments where they clearly still care about each other. The flashbacks to their college days make their present relationship feel even heavier, especially with that old condo dream scene. One of the most powerful moments is when Phi breaks down live on air during a flood report it shows how broken he is inside, even if he tries to hide it. That scene stays with you.
The writing and pacing are on point. It takes its time building things up without feeling slow, and the flashbacks are timed just right. Tam isn’t just a love interest he’s also fighting his own inner battles and trying to protect his heart while helping Phi rebuild his career. The side characters actually add to the story instead of being distractions. What works best is that the show isn’t just about romance it’s about second chances, working through emotional baggage, and healing. Episode nine stood out to me because of the plot twist it felt kind of weird at first but also made sense when you look at it from their perspective as journalists. They thought Paul, their college senior, was this nice, trustworthy guy, but he turns out to be the opposite. Their journalism skills really come into play in that episode when they start digging into what’s happening on that island. That twist changes everything and pushes their teamwork and trust to the next level.
Episode 10:
At beginning when Tam is helping Phi get clean, that scene made me giggle and definitely rewinded multiple times. Krist smile and giggles during that scene, along with Singto smile was perfect!!
The proposal has me crying, I think it’s because I finally get to see kristsingto get engaged on tv for the first time 😭 my heart is overwhelmed ❤️
Just nonstop smiling through ep 10, I’m just gonna keep repeating myself over and over again seeing them engage their wedding like it’s just overwhelming and joyful 😭❤️❤️
This series really does everything right great chemistry, solid writing, emotional depth, and a story that sticks with you. The Ex-Morning isn’t just a BL reunion, it’s a story about rebuilding love and life after falling apart.
