I mean I get the setting is in mafia and the story is suppoed to be dark so it makes sense if the characters deal with many traumatic situations but I think the authors just want to add more trauma for the character for the sake of shock value

The authors just want Vegas to suffer the most. Like what is their definition of their supposed ''happy ending'' when Vegas has so much trauma to deal with and now he got more?

I believe that even tho Kinn is softer and more emotional compared to Vegas in general, he falls more on the horny side.On the other side, Vegas fucks around a lot but he became more hopeless romantic once he found Pete.
