I am sorry T_T I will be sobing too but yhat scene is very important and a turning point in their relationship. Even tho it's a heartbreaking scene too it's really important because of the character development and as you said the audience gets to see that it's nost jut a stockholm/Lima syndrome case.
I swear if they don't add the scene where Vegas and Pete lay on bed and Vegas is staring at Pete lovingly while Pete is trying to choose a movie I will sue them. I need the fluff and to see lovestruck Vegas.
