The director did a good job there leaving an open end at the ending... Its like choose your own end of the summer... A realistic one or a forgiving one... But the forgiving one does seem realistic too.. She lived him after all.. Y not giving another chance.. But while you don't know the truth will you be able to trust again?! .... There interview said there was no real kiss.. He had a hard tym finding the right angle to make is look like a real one.. As far as I knw the actress had nothing like a no kiss contract or something.. It was the director's choice I guess.. They didn't say anything about the actor's choice tho.. There might be a no kiss contract in his case.. I don't knw..
If you r asking abt the main lead its a sad ending.. But most realistic one.. The only one who has a pure happy ending is zhi ang.. As yan mo waits for him till he returns from jail.. He deserved the best.. Lixia moves on while xiao si waits for her.. As no one knows xcept qi qi that thrs no baby no one night stand between xaio si n qi qi.. Lixia felt betrayed by her lover n frnd n left fat away from thm.. Xiao si felt guilty n kept waiting.. They will meet bt with no return.. Yujian goes back as her love ones died.. She meets her first love again.. Sorta happy one this one too..
Loved the friendship between the trio LX, FXS n LZA so much hope that they will still be friends at the end
