THE ENDING FEELS WRONG ?

Just as the title said, THE ENDINGー I...I don't know how to feel...

First of all, the acting is amazing and the actors are very good! (I knew Rintaro's from WatWing and Takumi from Super Sentai)

THE GOOD:
- Toki is so likeable we must protect him at all cost! The actor is so adorkable. The style reminds me a lot like Keita Hatsukoi, especially Aoki very comical acting.

- I appreciated how they communicated a lot when they confirmed they have feelings for one another. And the scene where Sahara motioned for Toki to stay and hear his convo with Minato was honestly such a good scene.

THE BAD:
- UHHHHHHH THE ENDING?!?!?!? Obviously the age gap is the biggest issue viewers have with this, but I guess since I grew up seeing (I didn't watch them, but just saw the cover etc) a lot of Jdramas where it's Student x Teacher/Older, it wasn't a shocking concept. BUT at least those mangakas doesn't make the mains do ANYTHING until the younger has reach older age. (I've seen one where the older even told the student to come back/see them only after they graduate/done with studying)

I was fine with everything UNTIL THE ENDING CAME. I HONESTLY WAS HOPING SAHARA WOULD WAIT UNTIL TOKI IS 19 (the 'adult' age i guess) BEFORE HE KISSED THE BOY 😭

Because of this...I...I....was having such conflicting feelings for this show. Because it just ruins the entire view of it for me IDK ALSHFKSKA
