Yep I agree with most of your review, but I do think they tied the past to the present really well... But the dangerous situations felt unnecessary ... and I agree the whole fine i admit it I love you scene was so rushed ... like really just the sight of the ex and you cave in... not that they needed to drag it on longer or so..
