Don't worry. In the last scene of the ep 24 trailer, you can see that the characters the 6th prince writes is 休想，which means "Don't even think about it" aka no way is he divorcing her. The hesitation he shows to make the viewer and Li Wei worry when he begins writing is a trick because in Chinese, repudiation letter (休书）also begins with the same character.
