Kotoko knew how he was and loved him. The final decision for the wedding came from naoki and kotoko, not the parents ^^

I don´t think they are 18 when they get married. I watched all Versions and the anime and i hope i don´t get it wrong. But in the anime Kotoko is in the beginning 17 years old and already 2 years in love with Naoki. Before the wedding she says that she is in love with him for 5 years. That makes both of them 20 years old.
In all versions they graduate from high school when thy are 18 and they are going to college for a while, before they marry. I find that age acceptable.
And don´t forget the manga was published in the 90s X)

Edit: After watching half of the movie, i want to say, the subs are bad. But you get the basic information from the conversations. ^^

The reason is clear, but you are right, how it happened was strange too. The servant saw it coming, but didn´t react at all and then the blood was on the back of her head.
But i can´t accept the point that the servant didn´t fight back at all >.<

I can´t believe the fake princess could kill her servant so easily. The servant was trained like Solnan and it was stated that she was really good.

The only thing i found strange in this drama, the rest is really good thought-out.

It seems he plays only the same role, but i think in the last years he didn´t pick good dramas / movies.
In his older dramas like Hong Gil Dong, Beethoven Virus or You are Beautiful, he was a much better actor and each chara was unique.

I thought the same! Young Mi Rae made one different decision as her older self and now she thinks, she is better than her. Really unrealisitic, i think the most people would trust their future self. Older Mi Rae gave so many hints, that i would want to find out, what will happen to me in the future. But young Mi Rae is only ignoring her >.<

But i will watch it till the end >.>

I'm a little confused with the ending. At first i thought its a prison game and all died, but the strange matrix scene in the end and with the bad guy on the computer all the time, made it look like it was all a virtual world. So i thought that maybe no one died, because it was not real.
Did someone think the same way or are my thoughts to absurd? XD

I don´t want to spoiler but the synopsis are misleading. They end up together and the drama is full of cute moments between them ! X)

Empfehlen mh natürlich meine 5 Favoriten, besonders Hong gil dong (hat alles comedy, liebe, kämpfe, rebellion usw), aber wenn du historische Serien nicht so magst, würd ich dir It started with a kiss empfehlen, die taiwanische Version, einer der besten Liebesstorys :3
