After watching today's ep I understood something and came to tell you .... Guo was after Suo Wei becuz he saw him and Chi Cheng at that street (their first meet) so he was chasing him and wanted him before Chi Cheng but after reaching the hospital he saw the Dr. Xiao Shuai and fell for him instead (he's yet to believe that he fell for him) they both are still not so good men yet but I just wanted to clear that dialogue to you when he said " I want my hands on him before Chi Cheng" he was referring to Suo Wei
