Ahah, no, sorry, I misunderstood! I thought you were talking about the number of people who watch it despite the drama being bad! Yeah, I totally agree with you on the rating.. it doesn't make sense! But I think all the fanservice and kisses and hot scenes distract people from seeing that the plotline sucks.

Probably because of (or thanks to) people hate watching it or people (like me) who decided to finish what they started even though they don't super enjoy the drama!

I can't anymore with this drama, I've put up with 16 episodes of over-the-top acting, corny jokes and it's still not over! It's so long and it's dragging on for nothing! It's way too long, they clearly could have condensed everything into a normal amount of episodes and we would have gotten an action-packed drama with (somewhat) funny situations and cute romantic scenes... instead, we have a stretched out drama that gives me no thrill no interest when I watch it.... I can't wait for it to end.

Wait, what? You're rating something you haven't watched? By no means I'm defending this drama, it has major flaws, especially, as you mention in its concept and its story but it feels like a kid saying "I don't like it" to a type of food they haven't tried yet...

Not gonna lie, the chemistry between the two lead actors is nice, nothing feels too cringy or forced with them but I still can't get over the fact that Kuea's character is not well written. Lian didn't want to get married to Kuea because he was like a doll: too cute, too perfect. But Kuea has remained like this. Sure, he likes mechanics and has a secret double life but whenever he is with Lian he's all shy and "Hiaaa..." and cutesy! So, it doesn't make sense why now Lian is okay with that.
I clearly would have preferred if he assumed his "non-cuteness" and go all "rebel" to break his doll attitude, thinking that it would shock or repulse Lian and therefore, making Lian fall for him by being his true self.
And Yi.... stop being that cliché of the "handsome brooding non-communicative dude". Just effing talk to Diao who has the courage to speak his mind with you!!

Sooo... it won't be released on GMM's Youtube channel like many of their other dramas? I really got into this drama with just the trailers but I might be too lazy to pay for a streaming subscription...

8.3 is way too much for this drama. It's decent (though on the boring side) but not that exceptional..
The end of ep 6 was sweet and well acted but I still don't get Kuea's behaviour, he acted cute to look perfect in Hia Lian's eyes, then decided to stop the whole engagement thing but kept on acting cute and actually never really challenged Hia Lian about the engagement... he is so wishy-washy! Now that I've started this drama, I'll finish it but it promises to be hard to watch (KonDiao and Hia Yi's story is boring and not moving forward, same for Syn and Nuer...)

Because we aren't in a relationship/a director/a writer we can't judge or give our opinion about the series? That limits the number of people who can judge, then. I think that, as viewers, we can judge if it's good or not according to our own values. You didn't tell why you think the show was good (was it the acting, the cast, the editing, the cinematography....?), that's kind of the point of writing reviews...
