This drama is solid 9/10 for me because I absolutely loved how practically they carried out the plot (except the murder scene). What got me hooked at first was Se-na's determination and professionalism to save Ra-ik, putting her fangirl persona in a locker. I also loved the way they showed the trauma an idol/superstar faces everytime because of their fans.
And I have one problem with everyone who said that they should have kept fan-idol relationship in last and should not have included romance in it. Why not? Can an idol not love someone who healed them? Is it so bad for a superstar to fall in live with a person, who helped you heal, helped find confidence in themselves to fight again? Ra-ik fell for Se-na even before he found she was his fan. And Se-na helped Ra-ik as a human, not as a fan of Golden boys. If I would have been in Ra-ik's place, even I would have fallen for Se-na.
An absolute beautiful drama 😍 with a good ending as well.
We're meant to believe either Hye Joo did a professional level job cleaning up that crime scene OR the crime scene…
I do think her father has something to do with manipulation of forensic reports. The way he was trying to send Hye-joo off asap and persuading prosecutor's father to rush the case to blame Ra-ik as he did with Se-na's father seems suspicious now.
Episode 11 was the best example to show that obsessive ex's are even more toxic and dangerous than obsessive fans. Like how can Hye-joo still put all the blame on Ra-ik at the last?!
The absolute hypocrisy of Hye-joo! 🤬 Even after almost destroying his life, killing Woo-seok, harming Jae-hee, she was expecting Ra-ik to be dependent on her, while being criminal herself 🤬 How is this love?! This is straight away obsession. 🤬🤬
I get that she was emotionally unstable, but seriously this obsession was something which I don't count as emotionally unstable 😕
Why nobody’s guessing it might be the Gold Entertainment CEO?!! Since the earlier episodes, I've been getting…
While I also thought at first it must be the CEO, there are way too many alibi which supports him not being the murderer.
1. The first one being the call recording. At that time of the call, it is proven he was not at Ra-ik's house/dorm, he was in the office. 2. While hearing call recording clearly, if the CEO would have unlocked the door lock keypad, the tune would be way too clealer. But in call recording, it sounds from very far away, proving he did not unlock Ra-ik's house at that time. 3. The last proof is the piercing. The CEO does not wear piercing and even if he did, it would be probably of gold, because of his obsession with gold. While in episode 10, the piercing was of diamond.
1. Misa gyaru look 🔥 2. The way Wataru exposed Reina 🔥🔥 3. Oba-san 🔥🔥🔥 4. Wataru's reaction on Misa's gyaru look 🔥🔥🔥🔥(chef's kiss 🤌🏻🤌🏻) 5. The end scene where Misa is overjoyed and Wataru is sooooo proud 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 ( I bet everyone smirked with him on Misa's reaction 😁)
I don't know why no one is talking about it, but I loved the moment when Yang Jae-won shouted on those blockers to get the CT scan done. For me, it showed his development and confidence as a doctor to save a patient.
I am just a big big fan when characters develop confidence in themselves to get right thing done.
I already have seen the webtoon and read it multiple times because it is one of my favorite webtoons, but not matter what, I still cannot wrap my head around the higher ups who always want to get in the way of someone who actually wants to do good for everyone. Even if there is one politician or doctor with good intentions, there is always someone to do everything to get in their way just for their position and money. This is what everyone faces in real life as well....
