Why do all previews and spoliers seem like SR is going to die?

From what I understand from the spoilers and the preview, I think the moment SR is going to have the breakdown, is going to be the time when she is super nervous about her test results and then time they hug might be the movement, when she finds out she is fine and SH hugs her to comfort her and is happy

What about her cancer? Is she alright

I know that some shows do that but I as well don't think that LND will do such a blunder, its going to have a happy ending

From what I think, if SR having cancer was supposed to be a plot the story would have focused on that frim the very beginning just the way it did in queen of tears. I think that the writer chose something this big only to show how bad and difficult life SR has lived when she was in States and also that will allow SH to break the walls that SR has build around her. Its said that love grows more in adversity and hardships, I think that this track about her past is going to help them understand each other more as lovers and will draw them closer.
Moreover lets believe in what Haein said that its going to be party after ep 11, and the good scenes would be too much that we would want them to stop (eventhough we would never want that 😅).
Lets hope for the best guys!! Looking forward to ep 9 and 10th
