It is often more painful to see our loved ones suffer because of us than to suffer ourselves. If there is one thing I completely agree with, it is the concept of life after cancer: the anxiety never really goes away. I did not expect such a story, but I see it as a sign of destiny. I also understand your relationship with your ex: depression can be challenging both for those who experience it and for those around them. I happened to voluntarily watch dramas that also talked about these issues, but in this case I found it a little out of place....
Also, it is surreal not to tell parents or one's best friend about cancer as in this case. Really very strange, maybe I will reconsider but for the moment I was sorry to have to relive certain feelings when I thought instead that the goal of the drama was completely different...

Honestly, I was hoping this drama would continue to touch on light-hearted themes, but instead the latest plot twist kind of demoralized me.
Probably because I too like the main character three years ago had surgery for cancer and now it has lost the lightness of the beginning.
I honestly didn't expect that.
Other than that there were some moments that were a bit boring, so I can't make a judgment yet....
