I begged your pardons. Just because you have free time to check my profile to list me as a "potential troll" like you cleverly tried to undertone it just because I am a new forum user. FYI, I just chose to be a silent user all this time....years in fact...because I didn't have any reason to say anything. And because I never scroll to read any comments. First, I need to correct you. I never said that you said ALL XZ fans are bad. Pls go back and reread my last post. I said, "you judged fans of XZ as extreme...." did I ever used the word, ALL? So you don't have to correct me (or yourself?) that you "clearly stated that some" because I neve accused you of branding everyone. If you are going to nitpicking by "interpreting words" only then do it properly.
The rest of your post is just TL;DR. And honestly speaking, for all your rants, aren't you the one who is dragging this topic now? In fact, the more you post, the more wrong things you are bound to say. Hence the misunderstanding. Not just emotions. Because emotions are brought about by not letting go. Since you said you do not know me, then why do you still keep on harping with me and trying your utmost best to try to defend whatever is your belief, which honestly no one gives a damn. LOL the irony of your post. You admonish those that "attack" others who doesn't support their idols but what do I interpreted from your comments regarding my last post in reply to Angiee Le? YOU attacked me - yes, I would use that term because I felt so, personally - just because of my poor choice of analogy. Notwitstanding of your poor understanding of my comments, I want to applaud @Zoro1711 for his/her outstanding perception. I only, repeat ONLY, meant it as what he/she explained. But let's not digress from the real issue here. How would you expect fans to behave when someone came to your idol's page and start questioning his/her credibility or integrity/works? Be fair and sensible. Of course fans would feel annoyed and/or provoked. Even then, I would like to believe that most fans have acted fairly and did not use any name-calling or insults thus far. As for you, you have repeatedly said you don't judge others and yet, you already judged me based on my last post and from your entire post tagged to Zoro1711. And, you judged fans of XiaoZhan as extreme if my "interpretation" of your post is accurate just because you "deemed" it as "toxic". Please let me just make myself clear to you. Popularity cannot be explained in a clear way. Maybe its the person's charisma or looks or skills or personality. So I do not know what is the intention or motive of the person who ask the question "why is so and so, so popular" because personally, this is a stupid question to ask about a celebrity. To ask that kind of question - and on that celebrity's community fanpage - is to invite hostility or incite potential flame wars. If you can't see that, then I don't have anything else to say.

So for many of us Xiao Zhan's fans, we are happy and think the world of our idol. Just like other fans would do for their respective idols. So to ask the question, "why this actor is so popular" is just plain moot point. Is like asking someone why do you believe in God.
As to your question on The Untamed, I think it depends on each individual. If you can't get into the story, then it's pointless to explain as well. For most of us who have watched it, it is interesting right off the bat.

LOL I swear you and I are as different as Heaven and Earth. I watched both The Untamed and Word of Honor and found the latter to be boring as hell. In fact, I had stop so many times and it was a relief when I finally dragged myself to finish and done with Word of Honor. I only watched it for Zhang Zhehan. So I don't know why you would think Word of Honor is "interesting" & "entertaining" when The Untamed has far more superior storyline and actors/actresses. To each their own, is what I can say. I love Mark Chao too, every since Eternal Love and Cheng Yi is my mom's idol. However, none of them can take the place of Xiao Zhan in my heart and mind. Because unlike other artiste who can either sing or act or dance only, Xiao Zhan can do everything equally good and to think that he did not even graduate from any drama academy.
