I’m not sure if anyone replied to your question yet. I was worried about the same thing in the beginning, but don’t worry, he doesn’t fall in love with him because of the heart donor. It’s also specified by the characters. The heart donor only serves the purpose of indirectly bringing the mc to the village. It’s a really heartwarming and beautiful story.

I think it’s pretty normal for people to have some expectations because it’s not just any series, it’s HIStory! Personally, I’m still curious about the whole thing and I’ll watch it until the end. When I watch a series I like to comment about both what I like and dislike about it. It doesn’t have to be perfect, but I think that a romance drama with healthy relationships is the bare minimum.
