What was creepy & cringey? I'm just curious, because I usually find myself more sensitive to things like that…
They look at each other as if they’ve fallen in love already, but for me it’s not believable, so all those stares come off as cringey (also, tasting the tears of a stranger...?)
The fact that he tied him up, kidnapped him and he’s there to get money from him is creepy, since they’re supposed to fall for each other...
but it’s just my opinion. This is how I felt while watching the first two episodes.

For sure, we’ve seen that they’re projects can differ a lot one from another, so it must depend on the director/scriptwriter.
If I didn’t know I would never say that 1000 Stars and ThonhonChonlatee (which I really disliked) were produced by the same company.
But I guess that it’s still gmm that decides what project to make next, if more similar to one or the other (probably based on the success of a series).
