The story really couldn't go far after episode 2. I think it's good they made 3 episodes and I hope they don't end up together in the end. I mean if this was a different kind of story without the involvement of a couple, they could've told a different kind of story. Maybe the last episode is going to surprise me, so I'll wait and see.
lol am i the only one who thought sun bo xiang was openly gay?... but srsly though that scene outside the soymilk…
SAME, I was so confused when he told XHT and he was surprised! I thought everybody knew, but I guess that got lost in translation. When he talked about the person he liked it was always gender neutral for sure.
Sun really knows how to mess things up wow wth was he trying to accomplish with everything he did, he really looks like an innocent kid who doesn't know what he's doing, I feel bad for him, but someone needs to tell him that what he's doing is wrong :( Then there's Xiang Hao Ting who does terrible things, but you can't dislike him because he already dislikes himself enough for it. I felt so bad for Yu Xi Gu this whole episode, it's like nothing ever goes the way it should for him. The scene on the street when XHT saved YXG was cute, but I don't feel like YXG should forgive him for now, what he did was so awful and he also punched/pushed him. I guess these guys are so impulsive because they're so young, so they still have some life lessons to learn, so they can grow into better people. Although this comment may sound negative, I'm really liking this, I really don't know what to expect! I was very surprised by the second episode.
Honestly the plot is kind of trash. So unoriginal. But since Tay and New are in this obviously we're going to watch. PeteKao deserves better. MorkSun is good, but nothing really happened yet. If they only explored their personal and family issues that would have been interesting, I like that aspect, but they waste time adding a third person to create more drama than necessary.
It wasn't right for Kao to stop teaching Non just for Pete, but the worst thing he could do is lie about it... I really dislike it when characters do this stuff, so frustrating!! like, it's obvious it's not going to end well! how are they going to trust each other in the future and expect their relationship to work out if they keep doing these things!?
The shower scene was more than hot, I applaud Gulf and Mew, but thinking about the fact that Type was abused when he was little made it hard to watch... afterwards when he was trying to convince himself that he didn't like it was very funny though lol The last part was so messed up. I know he reacted that way because he's homophobic, but if people I don't even know were acting like that towards me trying to convince me to do something when I don't want to I would be annoyed too. Also, come on, why expose him on the internet? that won't make him a better person, totally pointless. Being bullied by others for hating gay people could even make it worse. He needs to realize he's being dumb as soon as possible though, all the energy he spends hating on LGBTQ+ people surely can be used for something productive.
After episode 2 there's no way that can turn to love, just no... if I think about this being just fiction I guess anything could be forgiven, but that's just so wrong, poor Shin, I can't even imagine what he has to go through.. I can totally relate to his shyness, introversion, almost wanting to be invisible when not able to cope with people's attention. I can't imagine the effects of going through something like that. Surely a lot of help is needed, his mental state must be a mess.
16 episodes in and this is really good,no-nonsense drama(IQIYI app has the subtitled episodes).
Luckily I was able to watch it at last! I don’t know if it’s the same for you, but apparently it doesn’t work on ios (I tried on different iphones and it doesn’t work on any of them), then I tried on android (I downloaded one of those android simulators on my pc) and it works just fine, I was able to watch it with english subtitles! so if you want to go back and watch it I hope this can help you :)
