Still nothing of substance from KhimSun, but I'm still looking forward to their story. I like slow build ups, but the characters tend to be very harsh to each other for no reason imo, it kinda kills the vibe. (PetchSun anyone? lol)
This series is actually great. I was creeped out by Toh's behaviour in the beginning too (in the series it's never normalized though). I stopped watching for a while (this might also be due to the fact that KP was also airing, which just stole all my attention), then came back to it and even though it's full of cliché moments, this series has something that many other bls don't have.
I personally stayed for the friendships and healthy relationships. A group of true friends who never leave anyone behind and are ready to protect each other at all costs, and the constant communication between the couples was lovely to watch. Also, the love scenes are beautiful. This cast works extremely well together. I love the fact that they decided to give this kind of characters the spotlight, the diversity was great to watch.
I'm glad I gave this series a chance, so I could see how good it actually is. Not perfect, maybe this kind of comedy is not for everyone, but it's a feel-good series with many positive messages hidden in there.

I’m still skeptical about it, but the first episode didn’t disappoint. It was enough to pick my interest. I want to know what happens next. I always thought that BillySeng are among the best in terms of chemistry as a couple and they delivered once again.
Just thinking about all the abuse that goes on behind the scenes makes me so angry… it’s so disgusting, it really makes me not want to support this industry. I wish I could do something about it, but I feel so powerless. Poor boys… no one should go through that.

I’m so happy for Neo. I love his personality and funny characters, but it’s no fun being typecasted. I’m glad he spoke out and they gave him the chance to show his range too. Also, now both him and Louis can show something different from FUTS.
