There isn't a specific moment when they decided to get together. Their relationship naturally evolved. You have to read between the lines.

They cleared things up when they had those conversations in the forest (remember Kinn saying that there were "no more doubts" between them?) and they also got even closer during that time.

At the end of episode 6, Porsche came back to defend Kinn after Kinn told him to leave, and then Kinn took a bullet for Porsche which proved how much they care for each other.

Then, there is the side story, in which you can clearly see that their relationship has evolved.
