He totally is! It was clear in this episdoe that he's investigating about Porsche through Chay. He used the excuse of the song to get information and also searched through Chay's phone.

I actually did wonder the same thing. To me, Porsche seemed disappointed by the fact that Kinn decided to punish him, while he thought that there was something special between them, but then realized that he was one among many other men that had been with Kinn. But it could be read both ways I guess. I personally don't know if it was meant one way or the other. Porsche did say "leave me alone" to Kinn the next morning... he didn't know what had happened to him and seemed lost and confused, so...
