That makes me so happy, because it's one of my favorite series ever. I still rewatch it from time to time, it's my comfort show. I totally agree with your description. It's one of the first dramas that I recommend. And I can't wait for Between Us! :D
That must have been... an experience! XD I was not fond of that drama... MewGulf were amazing, but that's about it... for me it was a badly written fanfiction (sorry to the fans of TT), so I decided to stop watching the series adapted from the works of that writer. I watched both season of TT though, and strangely enjoyed season 2 more... the non-existent character development really bothered me overall.
I wouldn't recommend it today, but it was everything there was at the time, with a few other bls. It has a really special place in my heart. It was my first thai drama too. I instantly fell in love with the language and culture when I watched it. I remember being obsessed with the ost (I still love it). Now, it just seems like another high school thai drama, and not even of great quality, but that's because bl has come a long way in the last few years. It's a classic though, and if you watch it with this info in mind, you might enjoy it.
I did! But first, I read the book, fell in love with the characters and story, then when the series started airing…
I guess! I think that the story makes you purposefully confused, because slowly everything has to come together. I really liked that aspect. You get thrown into a world you know nothing about and slowly learn about everything and everyone.

That's true, it was easily accessible at the time. But the first book is already out and the second one is coming at the end of May! Obviously, I couldn't not buy them, they're beautiful and it's my favorite story ever <3 I'm happy that we finally have an official translation. I actually started with the donghua! and it made me super confused, but intrigued at the same time, so I remember finishing the first season without understanding much ahahah
Has anyone of you watched The untamed? I tried so hard to love it but just can't get past ep 6 since 2 months.…
I did! But first, I read the book, fell in love with the characters and story, then when the series started airing I was obsessed with it and couldn't stop rewatching every episode. I don't know how it is to watch the drama without already knowing the story, but since many aspects of the story are censored, especially the most passionate love story ever told (ahah), a lot of the magic is taken away from it, so I totally get why some people can't get into it. For me, the leads really brought the characters to life. So I recommend reading the book to get the motivation XD
He apologized?! oh no, it’s like kpop, where people apologize for doing nothing wrong smh
yeah I did see their statement ahah I really don’t understand some people. We’re so happy about the series, the actors are happy too. Is it so hard to just respect them and let them enjoy their life and not be a party pooper for everyone? ^^”
I wouldn’t go as far as to say that, but it has become my whole personality lately ngl. I’ve been watching hours of the cast’s interviews without subs with my 1% Thai knowledge just to fill the void instead of watching new episodes of other series ahah
That’s what I thought until this happened. But I’ve waited months for shows to continue, even years, but I don’t know why with this series the wait is unbearable. I haven’t been as invested in something in a while.
So true. And that’s also why I can’t stand those characters who stalk the couples in dramas. Following them…
They don’t even see them as humans anymore, but as robots who fulfill their fantasies. So sad and gross like you said. I do want to be optimistic and think that they don’t make up the majority of the fandom, but I don’t really know. Sometimes I see some comments and I feel so disappointed…
