Guys, I'm hollering at this conversation! š Y'all won't be able to convince me that a character that dresses…
I agree with your comment, but the part where you say that he exists for comic relief. I wouldnāt say thatās accurate, because Tong has said that the directors changed the character from the book and gave him more layers, which we have to see yet, because they wanted a more flashed out and realistic character. I also want to clarify that my argument wasnāt āTankhun is not gayā, but that his childish and eccentric personality comes from some sort of trauma, as stated by Pete.
Heās not flamboyant because heās gay... Clearly his brothers and other characters in the series are gay/bi…
Ok, Junior from WRU, Foei from My Cutie Pie, Mr. Jone from the Con-Heartist. These are the ones I can think off the top of my head. In addition to the fact that Tankhun is the oldest brother, which was clearly stated, you seem to have missed even more information, so I suggest rewatching the episode to find your answers. And my name is Simona.
I totally loved the episode, but I did find it unbelievable that Porsche was that drunk after a few glasses of…
yeah my problem is when itās like talking to a wall⦠whatever you say wonāt go across. It ruins it also for the people who want to have genuine civil discussion (like in this thread). Like, just be nice and donāt sound like a troll who just wants to hate on something for the sake of itā¦

Maybe Porsche still doesnāt get the importance and seriousness of his role, and in the next episode, he will have to confront reality, based on the preview.

To me itās not though ^^ā and donāt misspell my name please⦠you can dislike the series, I just thought that your comment was misleading and wanted to clarify.

Iāve seen many extra and theatrical straight characters. You still think that what they were portraying was the stereotype of a gay man, when it wasnāt. No one in the series perceives his behavior as being the result of his sexuality. With āirrelevantā I was referring to the fact that the personality of the character is not linked to their sexuality. You misunderstood me.
You mix a lot of stuff together, I call logical fallacy. The trans women argument is a separate one.

Whilst, again, I do have some reservations about the decisions in the writing (such as Porsche drinking to a stupor…
I also like the fact that Kinn seems to be intrigued by Porsche as a person, first of all. Kinn looks like heās interested in discovering more about him. He seems curious. At the same time I can sense their physical attraction, which is still relevant. I like how multi-layered the characters seem to be.
I haven't watched episode 2 yet since I'm waiting for the series to finish airing, but if you are talking about…
Tankhun is the oldest brother, and heās like that because heās spoiled and clearly thinks he can do anything he wants without consequences and everyone around him must go along with his crazy ideas, itās not because of his sexuality.

Yes, we couldnāt disagree more. I guess everyone enjoys different things. Itās like we watched two different shows, so we probably look for different things in a series, and thatās fine. I didnāt find anything so unrealistic to take me out of the story.

I think you replied to me, because I got the notification. Itās fine though! I agree with you ^^ my goal is to enjoy this series as much as possible, so Iāll gladly overlook insignificant details

Donāt take it so seriously! ^^ā That detail didnāt have any influence at all on my enjoyment of the episode. The glasses were almost empty and Porsche was used to drinking a lot of alcohol at the bar he worked in, so it is unbelievable to me. But I really donāt care, I loved the scene when he kicked Kinn by mistake XD
I'm curious: Do the majority of commenters here feel that episode 2 was funny?I feel badly for the actor playing…
Heās not flamboyant because heās gay... Clearly his brothers and other characters in the series are gay/bi too and theyāre not like that. Heās really good at playing such a comedic character. Heās very likable to me.

He cares ;)
